Refund policy
RIGHT TO CANCEL; NO RETURNS; EXCHANGE
All sales are final, non-cancellable, and non-refundable. We do not accept returns of products.
You are entitled to a reshipment of products in the event that the product arrives damaged. This does not affect your statutory rights. To request an exchange, you must contact our customer service team by writing to us at care@donnasrecipe.com within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery. We will request photos of the product and a copy of your confirmation email.
For any requests for an exchange, you must contact our customer service team by writing to us at care@donnasrecipe.com including details: your name; your geographical address; the order number and reason for request; your phone number; and your email address.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please email us with the order number and photo of the damaged item.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
All items are non-returnable. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
If an exchange is needed, please contact care@donnasrecipe.com to coordinate how to exchange your existing product with the updated product(s) needed.
