STRENGTH HAIR OIL

Can all races use this hair oil?

Yes, all races can use Donna’s Recipe Hair Oil. It is designed for the scalp and a little goes a long way. However, if your hair texture weighs down easily with oil, you can apply it to the scalp while you condition your hair, massage the scalp, and rinse out. It is still effective if you apply for at least 10-15 mins and need to rinse out.

Can my child use the Strength Hair Oil?

It is recommended for children 30 months and older. However, you should check with your child’s pediatrician especially if your child has sensitivity and allergies. Always apply for the child and keep out of eyes.

Can I use it in other areas other than the scalp (i.e. beard, eyebrows)?

Yes, it is a natural product. However, apply lightly as a little goes a long way and keep away from the eyes. Always do a patch test 24 hours before application and discontinue use immediately if you have any sensitivity or allergic reactions to any of the ingredients.

When will I see results?

This is a natural product and results vary depending on several factors (i.e. pre-existing conditions, other medications, diet, environment, etc). This is a product designed to incorporate into your hair care routine for healthy hair maintenance.

How long does the supply last?

The vitamins are 60 vitamin gummies (serving size of 2) with 30 day supply. The Strength Oil should last approximately 30 days with consistent use. You only need to apply oil to scalp so a little goes a long way.

What if I have allergies or sensitivity to any of the ingredients?

Please read all ingredients before purchasing to see if any ingredients are on your list for having sensitivity or allergies. Always do a patch test for 24-48 hours prior to use to check for irritation, redness or any adverse reaction. If you do receive and have any sensitivity or adverse reaction. Stop use immediately. Do not continue to use.

How many ounces is the Strength Hair Oil?

The oil is 50 ml which is 1.7oz. Oil should be applied directly to the scalp. A little goes a long way and should last approximately 30 days. All you need is a small amount to be able to massage throughout the scalp.

Will the Biotin work for me if I'm taking other medications?

Make sure you check with your doctor or healthcare physician before taking any additional supplement if you are taking other medications or have questions.

Can my child take the vitamins?

Consult your child’s pediatrician for a child under 18 before taking any supplement.

Will the Biotin break me out?

With Biotin, you have to make sure you are drinking a lot of water. It is recommended to drink at least half of your body weight in ounces (for example: if you weigh 150, you should drink 75 oz. of water in a day). Discontinue or do not use any supplement that you are allergic to or have a reaction to any of the ingredients.

Can I take this supplement while pregnant or breastfeeding?

Consult your physician before taking any supplements while pregnant or breastfeeding.

How long will it take to receive order?

Standard shipping is expected 7-8 business days (weekends are not counted in the 7-8 business days). Expedited is expected between 1-3 business days. Expedited is not a guarantee delivery due to carrier delays from labor shortage. Our top priority is to ensure you receive your order as soon as possible. Please allow for a few days delay for supply chain issues or due to short staff with mail carrier, etc.

How will order be shipped?

We work with all carriers and select best carrier for delivery to your area. Orders outside of US may be from DHL, UPS, OR FEDEX (depending on which carrier is best for your area)

Can I cancel my order once it is placed?

All orders will be processed immediately after placing order. You have 15 mins to go into your account to cancel an order if needed. The reason the window to cancel an order is so short is because we use automation and your shipping information will been sent to the fulfillment department and filled automatically. We are not able to cancel or modify order after 15 mins from placing the order.

Do the products contain soy?

No, there is no soy or soy additives in any of our products.

1. How long are shipping times?
Currently, we have standard shipping and can expect to receive your order in 7-8 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped. We are facing high volume orders so please be patient to receive your tracking number as you will still receive within the expected 7-8 business days unless unforeseen delays arises (i.e. inclement weather, carrier delays).

Once your order has shipped, you can reach out to the carrier directly regarding the status of your package. Some packages may have delays depending on your location due to severe weather conditions across the country.

Once your order has shipped contact the carrier with your tracking number or file a missing order report so they can locate your package.

2. Whats your return policy?
All sales are final unless product arrives damaged. We will replace damaged items with photos sent to customer service.

I absolutely LOVEEEE this system!! I have tried other products with a two strand twist and twist-out but I NEVER liked the end result. With this LOC system, that wasn't the case. I want to first "Thank you" for creating this product. I seen you promote this hair product on IG and I knew my Natural Hair needed this! I too have a "Donna" that working long hours in the restaurant I sometimes just head wrap and Go! But after listing to your audio book, "I Did a new Thing" I knew I had to do more Self Love to my hair. The product shipment took a while, being that I'm in the Islands and had to deal with customs, but I tell you my "Donna" appreciated the moisture and bounce it had after using the product. Supernatural Growth

I’ve always had thick hair. I got my first relaxer at 3 years old because I was very tender headed & would pull out my back edges. My hair was always healthy for majority of my life, but law school was very stressful & I ended up on medication that took my hair out. I stopped getting relaxers and started getting knotless braids to transition. I use the nut free, light strength oil once a week.
